The problem
IF YOUR WEBSITE DOESN'T BUILD TRUST FAST, YOU'RE LOSING SUPPORT TO THE CHARITY WHO DOES
Most sites fall down in the same three places. Here's how we fix them.
How we help
A charity website that turns visitors into supporters
A charity website has to earn trust quickly and make it easy to help, whether that means donating, volunteering, fundraising or getting support. Our charity website design leads with your story and your impact, so people understand what you do and why it matters within seconds, then gives them a clear way to get involved.
Donations, event sign-ups and volunteer forms are built in, not bolted on, and your charity number and impact figures sit where donors look for reassurance. You can see the approach on sites we have built for The Kent Foundation, Home-Start Shepway, Futures Group and Get Set Girls.
We know budgets are tight in the third sector, which is why every site is built so your team can update it themselves. Our Good Guys Grant also gives one good cause a free Wix Studio website every quarter. If you run courses or workshops, our training website design follows a similar sign-up structure, and our Wix SEO services help charities reach more of the people who want to help.

Help for the people you serve
Clear, accessible pages for anyone looking for support, written in plain English and easy to use on any device.
Easy for your team to update
News, events and stories you can add yourselves, without needing a developer or a big budget.
Our process
How we build charities websites
Discovery call
We learn about your cause, supporters, what you sell and where your best clients come from, then check how you show up on Google.
Message and structure
We map your services, client journey and calls to action, so every page has one clear job.
Design and build
Your whole site designed and shared as a live preview to click through and sign off, then built in Wix Studio with donations, volunteer forms and events built in.
Launch and grow
SEO, Google Business Profile and analytics set up at launch, with optional ongoing SEO to keep enquiries coming.

Reviews
What charities clients say
The Wix Guys were fantastic to work with on our website for the Petite École Kentoise. They made the whole process easy, were responsive and efficient, and delivered exactly what we needed. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a team who are both professional and a pleasure to work with.
FAQs
Charities questions, answered
How much does a charity website cost?
Our Wix website packages start from £849 + VAT, or £85 a month for 12 months, for a well-built starter site. Bigger sites with more features are quoted as a bespoke build. You get a fixed price after a free call, with no surprises.
How long does it take to build a charity website?
Most websites take four to six weeks from your onboarding call to launch. You'll click through a live preview of the whole site and sign it off before it goes live.
Can supporters donate straight from the site?
Yes. We set up one-off and regular donations through Wix and can link your existing fundraising platforms, with a clear donate button on every page.
Can people sign up to volunteer or for events?
Yes. We add volunteer forms and event pages with sign-ups or tickets, so people can get involved the moment they decide to.
Do you offer anything for charities on a tight budget?
Yes. Our Good Guys Grant gives one good cause a free Wix Studio website every quarter, and our starter packages can be spread over 12 months.
I'm not techy. Can I still manage it?
Yes. We hand over a simple Wix site you can update yourself, from news and events to stories and impact figures, and we are a message away if you get stuck. Small changes later are £75 an hour + VAT through Wix Fix.
Do you work with charities outside Kent and Cumbria?
Yes. We work with charities all over the UK by phone and Google Meet. Our offices in Maidstone and Carlisle are there if you would like to meet in person.
