The brief
A WordPress site ready to move to Wix
The Kent Foundation, based in Maidstone, Kent, needed to move their website from WordPress to Wix, with a cleaner design and CMS-driven sections so the team could keep content current. The blog was previously undesigned and needed proper treatment.
We delivered The Kent Foundation a Wix website design with CMS-driven event and support sections, giving this Kent charity a cleaner site the team can update themselves, with a properly designed blog for the first time.
What we did
Cleaner design, self-manageable content
Migrated from WordPress to Wix
We moved the Kent Foundation off WordPress onto Wix, refreshing the design along the way and building the whole site in one go.
Built self-manageable CMS sections
We set up CMS collections for upcoming events and Get Support so the team can add and update content without needing developer help each time.
Gave the blog proper treatment
The blog had previously been undesigned, so we gave it a proper visual treatment for the first time, matching the rest of the site.
THE OUTCOME
The Kent Foundation now has a cleaner Wix site live, migrated from WordPress, with CMS-driven sections the team can update themselves and a blog that finally has proper design treatment.
