The brief
A charity site ready to move off WordPress
The Kent Foundation is a charity based in Maidstone, Kent, supporting young entrepreneurs across the county. Their website was on WordPress, and keeping it current was harder than it should be. They wanted to move to Wix with a cleaner design, and they needed key sections, such as upcoming events and Get Support, to be easy for the team to update without calling in a developer. Their blog had never been properly designed either, so it looked out of place next to the rest of the site. The brief was a cleaner, self-manageable site that does justice to their work.
The build
A CMS-driven Wix Studio site for a growing charity
We migrated The Kent Foundation from WordPress to Wix Studio, refreshing the design and branding and rebuilding the whole site in one go. We set up Wix CMS collections for upcoming events and Get Support, so the team can add and update content themselves. The blog got a proper design for the first time, matching the rest of the site, and an Instagram feed brings their social activity onto the website. A cleaner design and content the team can manage
Migrated from WordPress to Wix
We moved The Kent Foundation off WordPress and onto Wix Studio, refreshing the design and branding along the way and rebuilding the whole site in one go so nothing was left half-finished.
