The brief
A networking-led business ready to win leads online
We met Colbreay through a networking group. They are an EPC, property photography and videography company based in Maidstone, Kent, and almost all of their work came from networking. That had served them well, but it meant growth depended on being in the room. They wanted a website that showcased their work and gave them a portfolio to share with landlords, partners and estate agencies, while starting to bring in leads from search. In short, they needed a proper digital presence to back up the reputation they had already built face to face across Kent.

We built Colbreay a Wix Studio brochure website with their portfolio front and centre. For a property photography and videography business, the work is the sales pitch, so the site is designed to let it speak for itself and give landlords and estate agents a reason to get in touch. Alongside the portfolio, the site explains their EPC services clearly, includes a blog and has simple enquiry forms. We also set up their Google Business Profile and local SEO foundations, so Colbreay can start showing up when people in Maidstone and across Kent search for EPCs and property photography.
