The brief
A site that didn't explain what they actually do
ESM design, manufacture and install exhibition stands from their own workshop in Sittingbourne, Kent, and work with clients across the UK, Europe and worldwide. That in-house capability is what sets them apart, yet their old website did not make it clear what they do, and it did not reflect the premium end of the market they work in. A visitor could leave without realising ESM handle the whole job, from first design to the finished stand on the show floor. They needed a website that explained the service in seconds and positioned them as a premium design-and-build partner for exhibitors at home and abroad.
The build
A build-timelapse hero that shows the process
We rebuilt the ESM website in Wix Studio around one idea: show, don't tell. The homepage leads with a clear headline and a build-timelapse hero video that takes an empty hall space to a finished stand, so visitors and search engines understand what ESM do straight away. Throughout the site we put their workshop, manufacturing and installation capability front and centre. Under the hood we set up CMS, a blog, ecommerce functionality and SEO foundations, with video and social integration, giving ESM the tools to reach exhibitors well beyond Kent. It is a good example of a Wix website redesign fixing a positioning problem, not just a look.
