The brief
A new street-food brand that needed its own home
We'd already built the website for Thai Orchid in Maidstone, so when the team launched Aroi Dee, a Thai street-food sub-brand just around the corner in Lockmeadow, they came straight back to us. The new brand had no website of its own, which made it hard to take seriously as a separate place to eat. Orders were already coming in through Just Eat and Deliveroo. What they wanted now was more people walking through the door, a menu that was easy to find online, and a brand that stood on its own two feet rather than living in Thai Orchid's shadow.
The build
A menu-first Wix site with its own identity
We built Aroi Dee a Wix Editor website with its own branding, separate from Thai Orchid, so the street-food brand has its own look and voice in Maidstone. The menu sits front and centre, laid out so a hungry visitor can see what's on offer in seconds. Rather than rebuild ordering they already had covered, we linked the site to their Just Eat and Deliveroo listings and focused the pages on getting people down to Lockmeadow. We also set up the SEO basics and produced social media materials so the brand looks the same online and off. See more of our restaurant and café website design.

Built a brand of its own
We created a separate identity for Aroi Dee so the new Thai street-food brand stands apart from Thai Orchid. Same trusted team behind it, but a look, feel and website that belong to Aroi Dee alone.
Put the menu front and centre
The menu is the first thing people want from a restaurant website, so we made it the star. Dishes are laid out clearly, so locals can decide what they fancy before they head to Lockmeadow.
Linked up existing delivery channels
They were already selling well on Just Eat and Deliveroo, so we didn't duplicate it. We linked the site to those listings and kept the pages focused on in-person visits and local awareness.
Supplied social media materials
Alongside the website, we produced branded materials for their social media, so Aroi Dee looks consistent wherever people find it, from Instagram to the website to the street.
The outcome
Aroi Dee now has its own website and identity, clearly separate from Thai Orchid, with a menu-first Wix site built to bring people into Lockmeadow. Delivery orders keep flowing through Just Eat and Deliveroo, and the team have a set of social media materials to use alongside the site.
