An HR consultancy that people searching for HR help couldn't find
Precision HR are an HR consultancy based in Carlisle, giving small and medium businesses access to experienced HR Directors and Leaders through tailored packages. Businesses that already knew them could find them, but anyone searching for HR support, HR advice or an outsourced HR partner was finding someone else.
The build
A move to Wix, then content and a stronger Google profile
We moved their website from Squarespace to Wix, then started their SEO in late 2025. We wrote a run of blog posts around outsourced HR, the searches their ideal clients actually make, with tight internal linking between them. On their Google Business Profile we added the missing service categories, wrote descriptions for every service and distributed citations across trusted directories. The outcome
Ranked keywords grew from 22 to 130, their average position in Google moved from 45 to 23, and clicks from Google search tripled year on year. They were happy enough with the results to refer two more businesses to us.
