The brief
A brilliant mentor hidden behind a bland website
We met Nicola Vortez at a BITA event in London. Nicola is a leadership mentor, and a very good one, but her existing website didn't show it. It was a basic, bland black-and-white site that said nothing about who she was, how good she is at her job, or what she's like as a person. For a mentor, that's a real problem: clients are buying into the person as much as the service. Nicola came to us for a new website that would present her professionally and help her attract the calibre of senior professional clients she wanted to work with.
The build
A personal brand site with real personality
We rebuilt Nicola's website in Wix Studio around her personal brand, moving away from the flat black-and-white look to a premium design with far more personality. The site now introduces Nicola as a person first, then sets out her leadership mentoring as a credible, premium service for senior professionals. Clear page structure and simple enquiry forms give visitors an easy next step, and on-page SEO is in place so she can be found by people searching for a leadership mentor in London.
