The brief
Financial services that needed to look trustworthy
Mosaac is a financial services business based in Royston, Barnsley. In finance, trust comes first. Prospective clients want to understand what a firm does and feel confident in it before they share anything about their money. Mosaac needed a professional Wix Studio website that presented its services clearly and gave clients the confidence to get in touch. They also needed a practical way for clients to log in and share documents, rather than relying on email attachments, so the site had to work as a tool for existing clients as well as a shop window for new ones.
The build
Clear services, and a secure place for clients
We built Mosaac a clean, professional Wix Studio website with structured service content, so visitors quickly understand what Mosaac offers and how it can help. Clear calls to action run throughout, making it easy for people in Royston, Barnsley and beyond to get in touch. For existing clients we set up a members area with secure file sharing, so documents can be exchanged through the site. A blog supports SEO and keeps clients informed. Credible, clear and useful for existing clients
Built a credible finance site
We designed a clean, professional Wix Studio site that reflects the trust clients look for when choosing a financial services provider. Calm, uncluttered design lets the services and the firm's credibility come through.
Structured the services clearly
We organised Mosaac's services so visitors can quickly understand what is on offer and how it helps them, with each service easy to find from the menu and the homepage.
Added a members area and file share
We set up a members area with secure file sharing, so clients can log in and exchange documents through the website rather than sending sensitive paperwork back and forth by email.
Focused on enquiries
We added clear calls to action throughout the site and simple enquiry forms, making it straightforward for clients across Royston and Barnsley to get in touch, plus a blog to support SEO.
