The brief
A party business ready to move upmarket
Magic Ponies is an entertainment business in Leatherhead, Surrey, providing pony-themed parties and appearances at festivals and events. Owner Lara came to us because her existing Wix Editor site just wasn't hitting the spot for where she wanted to take the business. She was aiming for a more luxury, high-end market and needed a website that came across as small but premium, so it would attract the right customers for her parties. She also wanted a way for people to book slots at festivals and events, enquiry forms for private parties, and help putting a CRM in place to manage it all.
The build
A small but premium site with bookings built in
We moved Magic Ponies from Wix Editor to Wix Studio and rebuilt the site with a luxury feel and refreshed branding to match the high-end parties Lara wanted to sell. A booking system lets people reserve slots when Magic Ponies attends festivals and events, while enquiry forms handle private party requests. A members area, an Instagram feed and the Wix CMS round out the build, keeping the content fresh and easy to manage. How we took Magic Ponies upmarket with Wix Studio
Moved her to Wix Studio
Lara's Wix Editor site wasn't matching her ambitions, so we rebuilt it in Wix Studio with a small but premium feel, designed to attract customers looking for a luxury pony party in Surrey.
Added festival and event bookings
We set up a booking system so visitors can reserve slots whenever Magic Ponies attends festivals and events, so Lara isn't managing every booking by message or phone.
Built party enquiry forms
We created enquiry forms for private pony party bookings, collecting the details Lara needs up front so she can respond quickly and quote with confidence.
Helped implement a CRM
We helped Lara put Launchify CRM in place so bookings and enquiries are managed in one place, giving her a proper system to grow the business on.
The outcome
Magic Ponies now has a premium-feeling Wix Studio website that matches the luxury market Lara is aiming for, with bookings for festivals and events, enquiry forms for private parties and a CRM to manage it all. In Lara's words, she's so happy with the new website and looking forward to getting the new CRM system in place.
