A Wix Studio rebuild with booking, enquiry forms and CRM support built around a luxury feel.
The brief
A leap into the luxury market
Magic Ponies is an entertainment business based in Leatherhead, Surrey, providing pony-themed parties for festivals and events. Lara reached out because her existing Wix Editor site just wasn't hitting the spot for where she wanted to take the business. She was aiming for a more luxury, high-end market and needed a site that came across as small but premium, so she could attract the right customers for her parties.
On top of the redesign, she wanted a booking system so people could book slots when she attends festivals and events, enquiry forms so customers could book parties, and help implementing a CRM to manage it all.
What we did
A premium site with booking and enquiries built in
Moved her off Wix Editor for a premium feel
Lara reached out because her existing Wix Editor site just wasn't hitting the spot. She wanted to move up into the luxury market, so we rebuilt her site in Wix Studio with a small but premium feel.
Added booking for festivals and events
We built a booking system so people could book slots when Magic Ponies attends festivals and events, alongside enquiry forms for private party bookings.
Helped implement a CRM
We helped implement a CRM so Lara could manage bookings and enquiries in one place as the business grew.
THE OUTCOME
Magic Ponies now has a premium-feeling site live with booking for festivals and events, enquiry forms for parties, and a CRM in place to manage it all.
