The brief
A live shop that couldn't afford downtime
The Embroidery Shop, based in Reading, Berkshire, is an established online shop for schools and clubs that needed each customer group to see only their own products and pricing, keeping competitors out. The site was already taking orders, so the rebuild had to go live in a single switch without interrupting sales.
We delivered The Embroidery Shop a Wix Studio ecommerce rebuild with password-protected category pages for each school and club, giving them the privacy they needed while keeping the sales they already had running throughout the migration.

Kept the workflow simple
We built on the existing Wix shop system so the team's product upload process stayed familiar rather than needing to relearn a new system.

Because the site was already taking orders, we planned the rebuild to go live in a single switch, so The Embroidery Shop didn't lose sales during the migration.
