The brief
A clinic that needed five more practitioners
Wimpole Therapeutics has let consulting rooms to healthcare practitioners since 2004, on Wimpole Street in London's Harley Street Medical District. Stella, who runs it, is semi-retiring and wants the clinic fully tenanted with as little day to day management as possible. That meant finding around five more practitioners. The existing site wasn't doing that job. Room types and availability weren't clear, and practitioners searching from the UK and abroad weren't finding her. A Google Ads attempt hadn't delivered, so organic search had to carry the whole load.
The build
One scrolling page that answers every question
We rebuilt the site on Stella's existing Wix account as a single scrolling page, with a top-right menu jumping to each section. It answers a practitioner's questions in the order they ask them: the rooms, what is included, the terms and how to enquire. The opening was kept because it worked: the video, Stella's personal statement and photo, and the Established 2004 line. All six rooms sit together, with three rental options and an enquiry form at the end. We added our SEO Ready package to get her found. See our therapist website design work.

Six rooms, three options, one clear page
Rebuilt as one scrolling page
Rather than scatter information across a site, we built one page that answers a practitioner's questions in order, with a top-right menu to each section. The opening video, Stella's statement and the Established 2004 line stayed, because they worked.
Made the rooms and terms plain
All six rooms are presented together, with rental options renamed Full Time, Part Time and Fixed Sessions. The word tenancy came out entirely, so practitioners feel at home rather than like tenants.
Kept the photography that sells
The existing photography was strong and doing real work, so we kept it and added the new Room 6 image and a reception and sitting area shot, rather than replacing it for the sake of it.
Tidied the detail in the way
We rebuilt the everything included section with a scrolling layout, added policies as an expandable box on the homepage as well as their own page, and revised the FAQ, including pointing virtual address questions to the clinic directly.
SEO Ready for practitioners
Our SEO Ready package covered keyword research, on-page optimisation and a Google-ready setup, targeting practitioners searching from the UK and overseas, the channel the business now depends on.
The outcome
Wimpole Therapeutics now has a site that explains six rooms, three rental options and everything included in a single scroll. Practitioners no longer have to hunt for room types or terms, and the site is built to be found by the healthcare professionals Stella needs to reach as she works towards a fully tenanted clinic.
