The brief
A client who waited years to come back
The Reading Doctors are a national reading and dyslexia tuition provider based in Herne Bay, Kent, with franchise partners delivering tutoring across the country. They go back a long way with us. They first worked with us at our previous agency, and when we relaunched as The Wix Guys they came straight back, having never found anyone else who could deliver what they needed on Wix. Their WordPress site was outdated. They needed a full design and build: a friendly, approachable site for children and parents, plus an in-depth backend to organise and communicate with their partner Reading Doctors, with separate sections for customers and franchise partners.
The build
One site, two audiences
We moved The Reading Doctors from WordPress to Wix and designed a friendly, approachable site for families looking for reading and dyslexia tuition. Behind it sits an in-depth partner system: a members area and partner portal where franchise partners log in, with Wix Groups and pricing plans built in. Customers and franchise partners each have their own clear section, so neither has to wade through content meant for the other. The outcome
The Reading Doctors now have one site that works for two audiences: a friendly front end for families and an in-depth backend for franchise partners nationwide.
