The brief
A much-loved brand held back by its website
Kerry Prole runs The Cleaning Fairy & Co, a cleaning business in Barnstaple, Devon, with a playful pink brand her customers know and love. Her Wix site had grown to do a lot: online store, bookings, pricing plans, a members area, gift cards, live chat and more. But it was struggling on mobile and needed an SEO uplift to be found in local search. Kerry wanted a redesign that fixed both, without losing the brand her customers recognise, and without losing the CRM and marketing data she'd built up over the years in her existing site.

The playful pink identity stayed, just cleaner and more consistent across every page.
