The brief
A waste removal store that needed location pricing
Easy Load is a waste removal business in Dartford, Kent, providing skip and waste collection services to households and trade customers across the local area. Pricing a collection depends on where the customer is, which usually means phone calls and manual quotes before anyone can book. Easy Load wanted to take that admin away. They needed an online store where delivery pricing could change automatically depending on the customer's location, plus a simple way for people to enquire about anything that did not fit a standard booking. The aim was simple: let customers sort it themselves online.
The build
A Wix store that prices delivery by location
We built Easy Load a mobile-friendly Wix Editor website with an online store at its core. The key piece was location-based delivery pricing: the store works out the delivery charge from the customer's location, so households and trade customers across Dartford can see a price and book without calling for a quote. We laid out their waste removal services clearly so people can find the right option quickly, added enquiry forms for anything outside the standard bookings, and put SEO foundations in place. It is a good example of our waste removal website design work, where a site has to save the team time as well as win jobs.

An online store that does the quoting for them
Built a Wix ecommerce store
We designed a mobile-friendly Wix Editor website with an online store at its heart, so customers can choose a waste removal service and pay online instead of waiting for a call back.
Set up location-based delivery pricing
We configured the store so delivery fees adjust automatically based on where the customer is. That removes the manual quoting that used to eat into the team's day and lets customers book straight away.
Presented services clearly
We laid out Easy Load's skip and waste collection services so households and trade customers across Dartford can quickly see what is available and pick the right option for the job.
Added forms and SEO foundations
We added enquiry forms for jobs outside the standard bookings and put on-page SEO in place, so the site is ready to be found by people searching for waste removal in Dartford and Kent.

The team spends less time on manual pricing, and the site has the SEO foundations it needs to be found by local customers.
