A friendly team that needed a friendly website
Phoenix Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing and heating business based in Maidstone, Kent, providing plumbing, heating and boiler services to homeowners across the local area. Their brand values are simple: approachable, friendly and reliable. When someone has a broken boiler or a leak, they want to know who will turn up at the door and whether they can trust them. The build
Putting real faces on a local trade
We built Phoenix Plumbing & Heating a Wix website around their existing brand assets and team photography. Instead of stock images of taps and boilers, real photos of the team put a friendly, reliable face on the business from the first scroll. Their plumbing, heating and boiler services are laid out clearly, with forms on hand so customers can request a quote quickly. We added a blog and set up on-page SEO foundations so the site can be found by homeowners searching locally. It reflects how we approach tradesmen website design for local firms. We've since rebuilt it on Wix Headless, keeping the same design and content, to make it load faster and strengthen its technical SEO.
