The brief
High traffic, low conversions
Knotweed Group is a family run specialist in Japanese knotweed surveys and treatment plans, alongside mortgage-grade bamboo surveys, serving homeowners and property investors across Surrey, Kent and Essex. Their site was getting strong traffic but very few calls or form submissions, and they needed a rebuild that reflected their credibility as a specialist family business ahead of an expected change to mortgage regulations around bamboo.
We delivered Knotweed Group a Wix Studio rebuild focused on conversions, bringing together their Japanese Knotweed Group and Bamboo Man brands under one clear, trustworthy site.

Rebuilt a high-traffic site around conversions
Knotweed Group's existing site was pulling in strong traffic but converting very few of those visitors into calls or form submissions. We rebuilt the site from the ground up with a clear enquiry to survey to treatment plan journey, designed to turn browsing homeowners into booked surveys.
Brought two brands under one roof
The business trades under both the Japanese Knotweed Group and the Bamboo Man names, so we wove both identities into the new site while keeping the existing green palette that clients already recognise.
Positioned ahead of the bamboo regulation change
With bamboo surveys expected to become a mortgage requirement, we made sure this service has proper visibility on the new site, positioning Knotweed Group as specialists ready for the shift before it lands.
