I’m Petra, an SEO and Google Ads Specialist at The Wix Guys. I focus on helping businesses become more visible online in a way that actually leads to enquiries, sales and long-term growth, not just better rankings on paper.
What I enjoy most about SEO is that it’s never just one thing. It’s part technical, part creative, and part problem-solving. Every website is different, and I like getting under the surface to understand what’s really holding it back, then fixing it properly.
I take a very hands-on approach to my work. I don’t just produce audits or reports and leave it there, I log in, make changes, test improvements and see things through. Whether it’s resolving technical issues, improving site structure, refining content or strengthening local visibility, I like knowing that the work is actually being implemented and making a difference.

EXPERIENCE &
BACKGROUND
For me, SEO is about focusing on what actually makes a difference to a business. Rather than overcomplicating things, I prioritise the work that will have the most impact, whether that’s improving site structure, resolving technical issues or supporting a smooth website migration. It’s about getting the fundamentals right and building from there.
My path into SEO wasn’t completely straightforward. I originally studied languages and worked in translation before moving into digital marketing almost 9 years ago. Over time, I found myself drawn more and more towards SEO, where I could combine analytical thinking with creativity and a real sense of impact. Since then, I’ve worked across a range of industries, helping businesses improve their visibility, fix long-standing issues and build stronger online foundations.
I’m also interested in how search continues to evolve. It’s no longer just about rankings, but about how businesses are understood and represented across search engines, AI tools and other platforms. That means thinking more holistically about websites, content and overall digital presence.
Outside of work, I love cycling and spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking, travelling or camping with my family.
