Hey, I’m Lizzie! I look after all things social here at The Wix Guys. I actually met Karl back in the day when we both worked at Gravity Trampoline Park. Karl still has me named in his phone as ‘Big Liz’ a nick name I got partly from dealing with all the troublesome customers and partly being a feisty 5ft 3.
I was born and raised in Maidstone, so Kent will always be home for me. After a few years living and working in London, I decided it was time for a bit more space, so I settled down in Tunbridge Wells. These days, I do the commute into the Maidstone office every week - not always the highlight of my week, but it’s worth it to be around such a brilliant team.

EXPERIENCE &
BACKGROUND
I have been working as an Actor for the past ten years now. I quickly realised that being an actor today means doing a lot more than just acting. You have to be your own marketer, your own editor and often your own director too.
Like most performers, I had to start filming and editing my own self-tapes. At first, I’ll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing. I just knew I needed to make my auditions look and sound as professional as possible.
So I taught myself. I learned how to light a shot properly, how to frame things so they looked good on camera, how to fix dodgy audio and how to edit everything together in a way that felt clean and natural. It started out as a necessity, something I had to do to move forward in my acting career but then I found myself really enjoying it.
Once I got more confident with editing, I started helping other performers with their tapes.
That naturally led me into content creation. I started making short videos and social media content, first just for fun, and then for performing arts schools and creative projects.
Right now, I create social media content for three stage schools and The Wix Guys.
