Every project includes a set number of revision rounds, depending on the package you choose. For each round, we'll send you a short guide on giving constructive feedback, so the round is as effective as possible, along with your choice of the Wix feedback tool or a Word document.

Final payment is scheduled at the six week mark to keep the project moving for both sides. If your project runs longer than that, usually down to feedback timelines rather than anything on our end, we don't stop. We keep working until your site is finished.

As soon as your website is live and all payments have been made, you're the owner of the website from that point, full stop. You're free to do as you please with it. If you'd like us to stay on as a contributor to make any future changes, that's entirely up to you.

We'll give you training on how to use it, plus access to a bank of help resources if you want to find out how to do something yourself. Our UK based team is also on hand for any questions, and can give you a set price for any adaptations or changes you need down the line.

This depends on how you've chosen to pay. If you're on the 50% upfront split, you're free to step away at any point, your deposit stays with us and if you've moved into the second phase, meaning you've signed off the homepage and we've built out the rest of the site, a cancellation fee will be due.

If you're on the monthly package, the full payment is required if you leave, since the work itself is completed upfront. We'll work with you to find a way to spread that payment back to us. That said, most people make their money back within the first two to three months from the changes and improvements we've made and every single client on our monthly package has stayed with us through the full term.
